I installed Snow Leopard today. I had no idea about compatibilities of the softwares I used, but I was so temptable that I couldn’t wait….
This entry is for people who want to make sure about compatibilities. let’s go simply.
Software for music creation:
- M-Audio – FireWire solo, ProKeys88sx
- Apple – Logic Pro 8
- Spectrasonic – Omnisphere, Stylus
- Vienna instruments
- EastWest – PLAY
- Native Instruments – Absysnth 4, Akoustic Piano, B4 II, Battery 3, Elektrik Piano, FM8, Guitar Rig 3, Kontakt 3, Massive, Pro-53, Reaktor 5
These software and hardware above work well with Snow Leopard. I cannot say exactly because I checked those very easily.
- Steinberg – Virtual Guitarist2, Groove Agent 3
Unfortunately, steinberg’s products I had didn’t work. It could run, but didn’t put sound out.
