• A box filled with 40 Sauries. 秋刀魚

The pears were present from my brother’s friend. I arranged his favorite song for his wedding party, so the pears are present of his thanks. I arranged as a gift. I didn’t expect his gift, so I feel really happy with the pears which I like very much.

The sauries were sent by my relations in Onagawa, Miyagi. Onagawa port is one of famous fishing ports in Japan. My uncle works at the port. Every autumn, he send us fresh sauries. He send us not only sauries, but also many kind of fishes throughout the year.

Both pears and sauries made me feel fall coming… I don’t know why, but maybe because I like summer, fall coming makes me feel a little sad. However, the foods were very delicious. The sauries were so fresh that we could eat them as Sashimi-刺身.

When we cocked sauries, our cat looked up us and mewed really cutely!!

トッピングはいたってシンプル。量も普通。公式サイトによると麺は季節によって最適の太さにしているとか。今日は少し太めの縮れ麺。食感はしっかりした感じでこしがあるけど、弾力があるというよりもちっとした感じ。

スープは魚介香る和風醤油だし。けど、和風和風してるわけではないし、自然でした。和風だしのトコってわざとらしい感じが鼻についたりして結構敬遠するんですが、ここは大丈夫でした。浜田山駅前にある「たんたん亭」と方向性は似てるけどもっと庶民的な感じで、醤油を濃くした感じかな。今度「たんたん亭」もレポートしますわ。ここはワンタンがうまい。もしかして、春木屋もワンタン麺を食うべきだったか…!? また今度。

総合すると、もんすごくシンプル。けどまぁまぁ美味しかった。通うほどではないかなぁ。たまに食べたくなるかも。シンプルな和風醤油ラーメンでした。
